To join the Clarion Theta Xi Alumni Association, simply fill out the form below and hit the "submit" button.   The information will be forwarded to us and you will be added to the membership roster upon receipt of your dues.  Annual dues are $20.00 due each October 1st and payable to "Clarion Theta Xi Alumni Association."   Please send them to:
